Refund policy

At One Last Kiss, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

  • Standard items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Custom/personalized items: Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
  • We love creating personalized pieces just for you! Please read this carefully before ordering:

    • Turnaround time: Custom orders typically take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping.
    • Proof approval: For certain custom orders, we'll send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production starts only after approval.
    • No returns on custom items: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
    • Customer errors: We are not responsible for errors in personalization details (spelling, dates, names) submitted by the customer. Please review your order carefully.
    • Our errors: If we make a mistake, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
    • Cancellations: Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun.
